Over 3 million requests are received annually via e-commerce, phone, email and BRC.  They're entered into our online inventory management system, which monitors in real time thousands of SKUs stored in our 40,000-sq.ft. warehouse.

Scanning technology is also used to receive and enter inventory and pick SKUs for fulfillment.  This helps to maximize the speed and accuracy of the entire process and ensures that all fulfillment is picked, packed and shipped within 48 hours or less.
