Results of the last survey

Thanks to all that participated in the blogging survey in our last eNewsletter!  As promised, here are the results:

  • 100% of survey responders indicated that they were "Somewhat Interested" in the information posted in blogs regarding their company's products and/or customer service.
  • 50% of the survey responders indicated that they monitor blog posts weekly, while the other 50% indicate that they do not monitor blogs currently. 

Blogging continues to be a growing communication method for consumers and trade professionals to share questions and commentary with each other.  TMP Direct is committed to staying on top of communication trends.  We'll continue to monitor this trend and provide updated commentary periodically.
