Account Coordinator- Entry Level Client Services

TMP Direct ( provides a full suite of outsourced sales support and customer care services to over 40 national brand marketers. TMP Direct services include inbound sales support, sales lead management, customer care, outbound services, fulfillment/distribution, database management and market research.

You will be part of an account team and will have input on program development, training and account management. You must be comfortable working with all levels of an organization. As an Account Coordinator you will support the account management teams and be the liaison between TMP Direct and our Clients. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Daily interface with Client contacts
  • Experience with managing a Client relationship and the details of their account.
  • The ability to identify Client business needs and develop creative, but practical solutions
  • Ability to manage and update business process workflows to ensure program efficiencies
  • Ability to understand basic database structures
  • Flexibility to work for a dynamic company that puts quality service above all else
  • Coordinate program/project details with internal departments
  • Develop, analyze and deliver Client program metrics
  • Persuasive oral and written communicator with excellent listening skills
  • Take ownership for Client relationships and programs
  • Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Customer Service and/or Professional Office experience
  • Some sales experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Disciplined and self-motivated performance
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Comfortable presenting to groups
    • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Position will be based in Mt. Olive, New Jersey
