Q. What do you do for TMP Direct

A. The Client Services Department is responsible for the overall management and strategy of our client accounts. The account teams in the Client Services Department are the liaisons and central point of contact for our clients funneling all information to other internal departments at TMP Direct. As the director of this department, it is my responsibility to ensure that all our clients have the highest level of satisfaction with the work that we are performing on their behalf. Listening to clients to determine what service offerings are needed and working with the team to develop those offerings, examining processes and developing strategies to reduce costs, increase sales, and ensure customer retention, and ensuring that the account team members are supported are all part of my responsibilities.

Q. How long have you been with TMP Direct

A. I started 5 days after I graduated from college. My father said get a job. I was lucky enough to get an interview with TMP Direct while I was still taking finals. That was 15 years ago and the rest is history.

Q. What do you enjoy most about working in Client Services

A. I love discussing challenges, goals, and objectives with our clients and working with them to develop support strategies. We have clients across a wide variety of industries and some challenges are similar and some are industry or product specific. Consulting with our clients, being a strategic partner and bringing value to their businesses are what I enjoy most.

Q. If you could have any job in the world, what would it be

A. That’s easy. I would want to be the Director of Public Relations for the New York Yankees. I tried that route early on, applied, and got a great rejection letter on Yankees letterhead! I still have it!

Q. What do you do in your spare time

A. That’s a great question! I am married with a five year old son, a one year old daughter and a six year old beagle named Buddy.they keep me pretty busy so I don’t get too much spare time or sleep these days.but I wouldn’t change a thing! We enjoy kayaking, camping, and traveling. The Caribbean used to be our favorite travel destination, but now we are Disney people!
